   If there will be a binding advisory contract you can pay the fees either in advance or afterwards with direct debit.

  the billing is based on RVG, the costs depend on the sum in dispute
  As far as a legal protection insurance enters for the costs, I can handle the whole winding up with the insurance
  For clients with low income, it is possible to balance the lawyers- and court fees with legal aid
